The Docking System is an automated solution designed for the remote opening and closing of butterfly valves installed on gravity discharge stations. Engineered to activate multiple valves using a single control unit, the system minimizes the need for manual intervention, optimizing efficiency in automated environments.
Equipped with an integrated tilting mechanism, the Docking System compensates for potential misalignments during coupling between the valve mounted on a mobile container (such as a BIN or hopper) and the actuator positioned on the fixed plant. It allows for alignment correction in both horizontal (left/right) and vertical (up/down) directions, ensuring smooth and accurate docking.
Developed to meet the needs of fully automated systems, the Docking System enables container-to-process line connections without operator presence, ensuring seamless integration, repeatability, and safety in advanced production settings.
