Service Interruption
To ensure the best possible level of service, the Owner reserves the right to interrupt the Service for maintenance purposes, system updates, or any other modifications, providing proper notice to Users.
To the extent permitted by law, the Owner reserves the right to suspend or completely terminate the Service. In the event of Service termination, the Owner will endeavor to ensure that Users can extract their personal data and information and will respect Users’ rights related to continued use of the product and/or compensation, in accordance with legal provisions.
Furthermore, the Service may not be available due to causes beyond the reasonable control of the Owner, such as force majeure events (e.g., infrastructure malfunctions, blackouts, etc.).
Resale of the Service
Users are not authorized to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit this Application or the Service in whole or in part without prior written consent from the Owner, expressed directly or through a legitimate resale program.

Brochure Request and Newsletter Subscription
By requesting and confirming the download of a brochure through the forms on this Application, the User agrees to be automatically subscribed to SteriValves’ informational newsletter. The subscription aims to keep the User updated on products, solutions, and technical content. The User can unsubscribe at any time via the dedicated link at the bottom of each communication received.
Amendments to the Terms
The Owner reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time. In such cases, the Owner will notify Users of the changes.
The amendments will take effect in the relationship with the User only from the time communicated to the User.
Continued use of the Service implies the User’s acceptance of the updated Terms. If the User does not wish to accept the changes, they must cease using the Service and may terminate the Agreement.
The previous version will continue to govern the relationship until the acceptance of the changes by the User. This version may be requested from the Owner.
Assignment of the Contract
The Owner reserves the right to transfer, assign, dispose of, novate, or subcontract individual or all rights and obligations under these Terms, taking into account the legitimate interests of the Users.
Provisions related to the amendment of these Terms apply.
The User is not authorized to assign or transfer their rights and obligations under the Terms without the written consent of the Owner.
