The SteriValves Linear Pneumatic Vibrator is specially designed to improve the discharge and flow of powders and bulk solids from containers, hoppers, bins, cones, and piping systems. Equipped with a Venturi suction-cup mounting system, the vibrator attaches securely to smooth, gently curved surfaces without requiring welding or drilling, enabling rapid installation even on existing equipment. The vibration frequency is easily adjustable by controlling the compressed air pressure, providing maximum adaptability for different product characteristics and process conditions.
For enhanced safety and reliability, versions with safety cables and vacuum non-return valves are also available, ensuring continuous operation even in the event of power or air supply interruptions.
