SteriFlange – Mounting Flange for Sanitary Modular Systems
SteriFlange is a high-performance sanitary mounting flange developed to facilitate the ergonomic installation and removal of butterfly valves in modular processing systems. Designed for pharmaceutical, food, and fine chemical industries, its structure combines robust engineering with hygienic precision to meet the most rigorous safety and cleanliness requirements.
The flange features a weldable collar that allows for direct and secure attachment to pipelines or processing equipment. Its front face incorporates a guiding profile that ensures quick, accurate valve centering, minimizing alignment errors and simplifying assembly. Through an innovative bayonet coupling system, the valve can be locked in place using dedicated pins that slide into shaped slots, enabling tool-free installation by a single operator.
SteriFlange also includes a hygienic sealing gasket strategically positioned to eliminate dead zones and simplify cleaning. Its sanitary design ensures full compliance with international standards such as EHEDG, cGMP, and FDA, making it ideal for applications where contamination control is paramount.
